Not to be trusted - they won't pay out your claim
Customer service is nonexistent - directed to different call centers, generic emails sent promising feedback. An absolute shocker and a complete ****. They have no intention of paying out legitimate claims. For a Fortune 500 company, this is astounding!!! Claim Number: ZAC920041386 Policy Number: SSN965948776

Storage Genie unpaid insurance claim!!!
AVOID this company at all costs. I had extensive damage to my furniture due to flooding at their Sandton branch. Emails ignored for 2 years regarding the insurance - the MD Herbert Wolte is a doggy idiot, **** and *****. My claim is still unpaid.
