I placed an order for conti suits at Seso Group TA Safety Supplies. Firstly, turn around time wasn't even close to the time promised on their quote. I emailed numerous times to find out what was going on. Then I was told that the contis I ordered wasn't in stock (Note that I asked about availability BEFORE making the payment). Eventually Trevor (the guy I placed the order through) asked if he could substitute with another brand of similar quality. Being desperate by then, I agreed. After this I was told parcel would be shipped asap. I took about 2 more weeks for parcel to reach me. I emailed regularly and was promised tracking number that same day which obviously didn't happen. When I finally received my order, the "same" quality contis was from a brand that usually retail for about half the price as the ones I ordered and paid for. I arranged to send the suits back and was promised a full refund because I wasn't satisfied with the quality. I told Trevor in an email that I want a FULL refund, no handling fee deducted since this was their mistake. Order was couriered back on 24 March. I followed up weekly and was told warehouse was still inspecting contents. BTW, it is 11 Contis still in original sealed packaging. Eventually I was told that refund was approved. I called regularly to find out when I will be paid back and got NUMEROUS promises that accounts dept was going to contact me. Eventually a switchboard operator helped me after I demanded to speak to a manager. She said accounts was waiting for letter of bank details confirmation. Again, the wait started. It has been more than 2 weeks since they confirmed all documents has been received. I spoke to I think Sean at accounts because they still want to deduct the handling fee. He promised to get back to me, as usual no one called back. DON'T do business with this company!!!
