Safetysupplies.shop no customer service
Company unable to fulfill order placed already on the 26th of August 2023. Refund requested to no avail. Do not reply on emails or telephone messages. Only promises of they will call you back. Be aware of this suplier. Order: SS3206

Safety Supplies Seso Group
I placed an order for conti suits at Seso Group TA Safety Supplies. Firstly, turn around time wasn't even close to the time promised on their quote. I emailed numerous times to find out what was going on. Then I was told that the contis I ordered wasn't in stock (Note that I asked about availability BEFORE making the payment). Eventually Trevor (the guy I placed the order through) asked if he could substitute with another brand of similar quality. Being desperate by then, I agreed. After this I was told parcel would be shipped asap. I took about 2 more weeks for parcel to reach me. I emailed regularly and was promised tracking number that same day which obviously didn't happen. When I finally received my order, the "same" quality contis was from a brand that usually retail for about half the price as the ones I ordered and paid for. I arranged to send the suits back and was promised a full refund because I wasn't satisfied with the quality. I told Trevor in an email that I want a FULL refund, no handling fee deducted since this was their mistake. Order was couriered back on 24 March. I followed up weekly and was told warehouse was still inspecting contents. BTW, it is 11 Contis still in original sealed packaging. Eventually I was told that refund was approved. I called regularly to find out when I will be paid back and got NUMEROUS promises that accounts dept was going to contact me. Eventually a switchboard operator helped me after I demanded to speak to a manager. She said accounts was waiting for letter of bank details confirmation. Again, the wait started. It has been more than 2 weeks since they confirmed all documents has been received. I spoke to I think Sean at accounts because they still want to deduct the handling fee. He promised to get back to me, as usual no one called back. DON'T do business with this company!!!

Safety Supplies Seso Group

Scam!
Absolute scammers! I purchased a pair of boots online. After months of following up, I was informed that they are waiting on their suppliers. Eventually they agreed to refund me…this was 5 months ago, and now I cannot get hold of them

Scam!
Absolute scammers! I purchased a pair of boots online. After months of following up, I was informed that they are waiting on their suppliers. Eventually they agreed to refund me…this was 5 months ago, and now I cannot get hold of them

BEWARE SCAMMERS - safetysupplies.shop
Safety Supplies-52 1st Ave, Dunvegan, Edenvale, 1609 are real scammers .Go by several online shops : safetysupplies.shop ;brandedsupplies.co.za ;electronicsupplies.co.za ;medisupplies.co.za Bought a pair of CAT safety shoes online as their site always show they have stock. The moment i made payment, a guy called Trevor Sibanda called me and advise they just sold the last pair and i must send bank details for refund and he will process it on Friday. Days go and passby, send mail after a week, and he replied mentioning refunds take 7-21 working days. That address for Edenvale is a fake address, drove there and there are nowhere to be found. The guy claims they all work from home. Someone must do something about these scammers, i have parted with almost R2900 including a delivery fee.

SESO Safety Supplies
SESO run Safety Supplies is a shockingly bad business. Despite numerous calls and emails and promises of management responding, no response received. It appears that taking customers money, not providing requested products nor a refund is acceptable business behaviour from SESO group. Avoid this company.

SESO run Safety Supplies is a shockingly bad business. Despite numerous calls and emails and promises of management responding, no response received. It appears that taking customers money, not providing requested products nor a refund is acceptable business behaviour from SESO group. Avoid this company.

BEWARE! do not order from Safety Supplies
BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM SAFETY SUPPLIES BY SESO GROUP. I placed and paid for my order more than a month ago. On contacting the company by email, their response was that the order was not yet ready. On subsequent enquiries the response was that they were expecting stock later that week. Eventually I phoned the company, spoke to and emailed Trevor to cancel my order and get a refund. He said accounts would send a refund form. A week later I am still waiting for that form. Phoned again and spoke to Trevor who says all has been sent to accounts. When I asked to talk to accounts it was not possible and the phone was put down. tried calling back and no one answered. I am beginning to think this is a scam company.

Terrible service and refusing to pay refund
I ordered an item when it arrived I immediately contacted Safety Supplies and explained it is not what I expected and confirmed I can return the item. It was confirmed that the item was received on 1 July. I have not received any comunication regarding my refund and the manager's cellphone has been off for 3 days.
