Absolute scammers! I purchased a pair of boots online. After months of following up, I was informed that they are waiting on their suppliers. Eventually they agreed to refund me…this was 5 months ago, and now I cannot get hold of them
Out Telkom mobile LTE line has been down since Friday the 16th. We reported the issue and have to follow up every day just to hear that nobody knows where the issue is, when a technician will look into the matter and we must just be patient. Absolutely ridiculous technical service!
So I had a landline with Telkom years ago and cancelled the service (which was a mission on its own). Now after more than 2.5 years, I was informed by a bank that they listed me with negative score at credit bureaus. After numerously trying to contact Telkom to find out what this related to, I had no luck. Eventually I was contacted by NuDebt management, who sent me a statement of what they believe is outstanding. I reviewed the information and gave the feedback that everything in the statement was after my cancellation date (which the operated acknowledged). For the last 2 weeks I have had numerous calls per day to “inform” me of the account...when I say I already responded I get silence and then they say that someone will respond. Obviously this system is not working. Today I received a final demand, for the money not yet due...even though I am trying to cooperate. This is an absolutely incompetent billing department with an even more incompetent debt collection agency, which is now negatively affecting my credit record purely die to their incompetence and lack of communication 2 years ago
I upgraded one of my data contracts to a bigger 200GB contract under Cell C's Data Democracy specials. Since the upgrade took effect, I cannot connect to the internet from any device, even though there is signal. I logged a call in January and ever since, the only response I get is that the problem is with the network department and that it is "In progress". Since then, I've had to purchase data bundles at ridiculous cost on my other contract just to be able to use data. It has cost me over R3000 already just to keep my data running - while I've got 200GB sitting there and not able to use. Someone phoned me last week Friday and promised to give feedback by Monday - it is now Thursday and no response.
