Company unable to fulfill order placed already on the 26th of August 2023. Refund requested to no avail. Do not reply on emails or telephone messages. Only promises of they will call you back. Be aware of this suplier. Order: SS3206
Trade in transaction: 2328989 Since end February the trade in was accepted of my old device for the S23 promotion. Payment was confirmed for 28 March 2023. Up to date no payment was received for trade in. All emails are ignored or answered by "We will reroute this request to our financial department." You can phone like you wish after menu selection the phone plays the hold music for 30 seconds and then drops the line, does not matter what option you select. This needs urgent attention and needs to be resolved- the whole S23 promotiion via Samsung South Africa and Regenr8Group is a huge joke/****
So tired of Samsung SA. They have the worst service and are apparently unable to keep their T&C's with the S23 promotion. Please refer to my other reviews of Samsung SA to see the trail of concerns. Complaints about not receiving the Galaxy S6 Lite as promoted, which still was not delivered. Now the most recent is that the promotion of buying back your old device payments are not made as indicated by Regener8group where payment should have been done on the 28th of March 2023 (Buyback reference 15688) is also not adhered to. You can try and contact them or email them, just no response. This is unacceptable
And so the saga continues. First struggling to get the claim submitted and approved for the Samsung Samsung Galaxy S6 lite - claim number **********646ER204. (Must say thanks for the support given by Samsung customer services they did walk the extra mile to assist) But now again after the promise of delivery and emails send to them to ask why the phone was not yet received there are just no reply given. It seems its always just empty promises from them. Isn't feedback and keeping your customers informed a key point for Samung South Africa?
Pre-order S23 and receive a Galaxy Tab S6 lite. What a joke!!!! I've upgraded to the S23 Ultra and TRIED to claim the Tab. Now they request proof of purchase and due to an upgrade Vodacom don't supply such document. Nowhere does it states in the promotion that upgrade customers can't claim the tablet as promoted.
Placed a order on the 5th March and requested feedback numerous times but no feedback is supplied. Like they are ignoring you flat out.
Applied online for my motor vehicle license renewal, up to date no response. Numerous email send and request to refund my money. South Africa please do not use SAPO MVL - they are robbing you from your money
Struggling since the 7th February with my MVL application. Paid R495 and the next day they re-quote me for another R205,40. Logged numerous requests through their contact us page. Do not receive any feedback throuh the page or their whattsapp numbers. The service is utterly poor.

Was assisted today by a very knowledgeable agent from Miway. She is on top of her game. Sad to leave the company to find another insurer as she was unfortunately not able to lower my premie. She tried her outmost to help in this regard. Thank you MiWay for all the help and support over the last 10+ years
