I rented my flat through AIDA for a year lease ending 31 Dec 2024.Exacly on 25 Nov 2024 gave notice that wont be renewing and they must pay back security deposit to tenant as i was happy with condition of my property.I have been trying to get Denver Ramnath(The principal) to pay my Tenant his depsoist but he dosent answer emails, his phone goes to voicemail, he blueticks whatsapp messages.Any Real estate body or commission i can take this up further.
Bought adobe software last month from techtarven .Less than a month am struggling getting error messages that the software is unlicensed and not genuine and has been disabled.Tried to reach on their email and whatsapp number on website but no luck,cel number doesnt go through anymore. its been 2 weeks now.I feel like i have been ****med by these guys.
Bought Adobe Master Collection last month online from Tech Tarven.It only worked for 2 weeks and started giving licensing errors.Logged a call with them and they seemed to have resolved the issue.After another 2 weeks started getting messages that The Adobe software is unlicensed and not genuine, eventually it was disabled and i cannot use it.Have been trying to reach out to Tech tarven on both email and the number on their website but no response from them.These guys misrepresent their products and are just after money, once you pay they disappear.Please avoid this company.
I logged an accidental damage with Miway on the app and was contacted back by Onicca Mokganya -Claims Advisor.She was so professional and explained to me the whole process and kept me updated by calling me back for updates.Within 2 days the claim was finalised and approved.Onicca is the Best of the best and Miway is the way to go.Thanks Miway
Very poor service and ****mers.Logged a call with Their call center for prepaid water meter.Within 2 week we had topped up R1400.00 worth of units.You just open the tap the water gets depleted.Tried several times to get the issue resolved and each time i am being taken from one agent to the other.For 3 days i was told Obrey will call me and the guy never called.Other time that said the installation department will send a technician and it never happened.I am the one who have to call and follow up and they never care to give update.I asked for escallation to the supervisor Dwayne and was only told he cant speak to me as he needs to investigate further.In the meantime we still have to keep on topping up.
Safety Supplies-52 1st Ave, Dunvegan, Edenvale, 1609 are real scammers .Go by several online shops : safetysupplies.shop ;brandedsupplies.co.za ;electronicsupplies.co.za ;medisupplies.co.za Bought a pair of CAT safety shoes online as their site always show they have stock. The moment i made payment, a guy called Trevor Sibanda called me and advise they just sold the last pair and i must send bank details for refund and he will process it on Friday. Days go and passby, send mail after a week, and he replied mentioning refunds take 7-21 working days. That address for Edenvale is a fake address, drove there and there are nowhere to be found. The guy claims they all work from home. Someone must do something about these scammers, i have parted with almost R2900 including a delivery fee.
Made an online order on the 26th of July 2021 anticipating to be delivered within 3-5 working days .It was meant to be a surprise birthday present for my kid who had a birthday on 7 August. Up to today the tracking system still reflects order Handed to Courier for the past more than 10 days.All i get from Makro are apologies after calling them They don't take an initiative to even call and advise that there is a delay or a problem. Very frustrating and pathetic service. Had to spend money and buy another present since the Birthday was already due.
Hi-Fi Corp are useless and incompetent. Bought 2 products online a fridge and stove all totalling more that R3000.00 on 29th Nov 2019 and they promised on their website that delivery was free taking 2-3 working days and never heard from them again.I tracked the orders on their site and it only showed that the order was successfully placed.Had to call their cal center on the 9th of Dec and a lady told me the system was down so cant help with anything.The next day someone called and advised that the stove (even though it was the one that i purchased last)will be delivered.Without even notifying me the courier guy just phones after 2 days that he was at my gate and i was 200km away from home.What a service.Had to arrange for a friend to collect for me. With the fridge still haven't got ant feedback, no phone call nothing.Tried calling the call centre and always put on hold for mins until my airtime gets finished and the call drops.I would never recommend anyone to buy online from Hi-fi. Its so frustrating
