Terrible service
I called to enquire on their storage facility and the lady didn't want to assist and sounded very irritated on the phone and she eventually dropped the phone while I was speaking. Well if that doesn't raise a red flag then I don't know. Good luck!

Excellent service
I am forever happy with the assistance i receive from the support team. Was being assisted Lauren Schultz and even beyond normal working hours. This makes life so easy as one tends to get buried with work and forgets to do things on time. Keep up the excellent work Lauren!
