Paid for a counter in full, upfront. They made the wrong size first and only realized when the glass was delivered, even though they quoted us for the size we wanted. The woman we were dealing with ghosted us and her husband started corresponding with us. ****ty customer service, no contact with us unless we asked for it. Blatantly rude, telling us they have more important, better paying clients to deal with. Horribly rude over voice message. It has been 3 months and we haven't recieved our counter. They keep coming up with a new excuse every week as to why they can't deliver, even after saying that our counter is taking up space in their workshop and they want it out of there. They ****ed up our order because they are unable to communicate properly with eachother and have been so very unprofessional. I do not recommend these horrible, rude, inefficient, excuse ridden counter makers to anyone.
Worse company to work for.. the person who had my position before me had a mental breakdown at work and couldn't continue working there, I understand why. These ******s had me working as a web developer and an app developer simultaneously. Projects given to me on a Friday afternoon to be done by Monday as a "favour" to the boss. He manager was useless and only informed me 3 months in that I had to be doing kpi reports. Bosses and bosses wife are all very manipulative. "Family business where they treat you like family" in other words, they will squeeze you dry and throw you out when the stress of having to deal with them becomes too much. I don't believe they sorted out my uif but they were deducting for it. Be aware that these people don't have your best interest at heart.
