2nd week trying to transfer my fibre line to different ISP but every time I speak with an agent I just get a reply "Will get back to you asap" and never hear from anyone
I have cancelled my service with Webafrica because of poor service. Now I've being waiting in a queue on whats app for 2 days already to be helped because the fibre line is still not released and cannot use another ISP
