Terrible service from Western Cape Education Department

Been on the line the whole day trying to get guidance on my son's Grade 8 application for four schools that have rejected his applications, their telephone lines keep falling over, this combined with the terrible process relating to the upload of my son's school applications makes this one of the worst western cape departments I have ever dealt with, these people are causing major anxiety for our family and cannot get someone on their helpline (0861819919) to reslove. HELP PLEASE
