Are yesplay ****ers or what's happening 😒
I requested a withdrawal 4 days ago R700 and still no payment into my account? I've sent numerous emails for any feedback but yet I only get a automatic response same thing ..over and over again. When calling them ,they don't answer the phone ,it rings for about 20 seconds, a voicemail comes up for an additional 30 seconds and the phone goes dead.. I've never in my entire life had to witness such poor and unprofessional company...

From the day I took out Oneplan Insurance, the information provided by Melvin was excellent. Today was my first claim, and he also assisted me with it. The service today at Pet Vet was excellent. I will recommend Oneplan Insurance to anyone.😊
