TruForm Bedding - Great Service
We bought 2 truform mattresses from Tafelberg Furnishers in Bellville. After 2 years the sidewall of the 1 mattress collapsed. Tafelberg notified me that Truform will be in contact. Mark from Truform provided outstanding service. He collected the faulty mattress as well as the other and upgraded the spring support on both mattresses within a day. The mattresses were collected as promised as well as returned on time. Will happily recommend

We bought 2 truform mattresses from Tafelberg Furnishers in Bellville. After 2 years the sidewall of the 1 mattress collapsed. Tafelberg notified me that Truform will be in contact. Mark from Truform provided outstanding service. He collected the faulty mattress as well as the other and upgraded the spring support on both mattresses within a day. Truform bedding shady bed deals
I was referd to an employee who works at this factory who then arranged for me to come and pay a deposit and then later come through to collect and pay the balance of my purchase.. On the day I collected my bed the boss took my money and assured me that should I have any issues the bed is under gaurentee and a 15year warranty... Fast forward 8 months the mattress is deformed and I complain and was told that due to covid they are not doing any repairs. I am sure it should be replaced under gaurentee but I let it slide.. I Hev now been asking for nearly a year and today I speak to a manager there who tells me my bed has no warranty as it was a staff purchase... I was not even aware of that they are doing this to make money on the side and probably avoid tax and those who fall for this are left with a messed up bed

<p>Bought a bed from a company called Beds R us. It was the ORTHOSTAR ORTHOPAEDIC FIRM mattrass only and with a 2year guarenttee and 15year Service warrenty, i was rather impressed. due to cash being tight at the time, i did not have the luxery to splash out on expensive one and I noted that taffelburg Furnishers and Decofurn all stock these beds too. So come september 2016, the bed will be 2 years old. in May 2016, i contacted Beds R us to advise them that the mattress has sagged in. Beds r us would collect but want to charge me 150rand collection fee and another 150 to deliver because of fuel prices... So i took the bed back to the factory myself. Same day they called me back to collect. THEY REPAIRED THE BED!!! was the guarentee not supposed to replace the item? anyway, i left it and in 3 months, the bed has sagged again. lesson learnt. DONT COMPROMISE ON SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT!!!! AND STAY AWAY FROM TRUFORM C**P!!!!!!</p>
