I was referd to an employee who works at this factory who then arranged for me to come and pay a deposit and then later come through to collect and pay the balance of my purchase.. On the day I collected my bed the boss took my money and assured me that should I have any issues the bed is under gaurentee and a 15year warranty... Fast forward 8 months the mattress is deformed and I complain and was told that due to covid they are not doing any repairs. I am sure it should be replaced under gaurentee but I let it slide.. I Hev now been asking for nearly a year and today I speak to a manager there who tells me my bed has no warranty as it was a staff purchase... I was not even aware of that they are doing this to make money on the side and probably avoid tax and those who fall for this are left with a messed up bed
i recently purchased a shoe from the jet retailer which within two weeks of wearing it 4 times one of them broke. i could bot find my receipt and two months has passed when i found it. then took it to there kenilworth branch and to my utter disgust i was humiliated by the manager on duty aswell as store manager via telephone. they are so uneducated not knowing there own policies.i was told you only have 30days to return poor quality goods but CPA and there customer service told me 6months. i was ignored by the manager on duty who was rude and called me stupid and refused to assist me for 40mins and then called security to escort me out the store as they closed. i have loged complaints with there customer service and was promised i will get a call back and its been a full day and nothing has happened i have been to another branch who assisted me without a hickup anonymous ********** 512
