Bought a case of Huguenot Natural Spring Water, 500ml 24pack. upon opening the first bottle, and smelt a strong Chemical smell from the bottle. Opened the second one, same thing. Third one, Same thing. I called the number on the bottles label and person who answered, Said he was the owner and i could speak to him. I proceeded to tell him whats wrong with the pack and he stopped me midway to say, " its the plastic. The manufacture of the bottles added too much Recyable materials to the bottle mixture and that is whats causing the chemical smell." .. He told me that he sorted things out with the bottles and the onese being manufactured now should not be the same.. he claimed that throwing the water into a glass is fine and you wont get chemical smell. I tried it, and that was a lie he then proceeded to tell me to whtsapp him my address and he will replace the case for me. I told him i will keep the case i have and i will return it to him. Called him on saturday and i messaged him on whtsapp as soon as we dropped the call, they owner has Ignored me since and has not emailed me as he promised. I dumped not just the water, but the brand too. With the Possibility of Health risk, i would have expected An immediate reaction.... But its not a priority for him. Extremely disappointed... I been a client for years with you. Many contracts and even multiple contracts at once too. Since finances took a knock, i opted to close off contracts and not take new devices. I kept 2 numbers with you and still paying for the use of the numbers. What i do not appreciate is vodacom deciding to SPAM CALL both numbers ,and it comes up as "Vodacom Upgrades" on truecaller, to "Give me more data".... Im sorry but i never asked yu for more data. The Lady on the phone was kind of annoyed with me when i asked her why you calling, i did not ask for anyting. I could tell by her answer to me she was annoyed. "Im calling to give you more data" Dont act like you doing me a favour. Nothing in life is free. so dont act as if you planned on giving me data for free and NOT changing my installments. this kind of harrassment is making me think if i should just close of these numbers to and make them prepaid. Please do me a favour, Both my numbers i would like you to put on your Do Not Contact list. If you even have 1. If i want something from vodacom, I will call you. if i miss a payment, Then you more than welcome to call me but that has never happened... so please... DO NOT call me. you have the number that is on thise HelloPeter profile, You will see it. my instruction to u is do not call me to try and apologize, Just look up the number and put both linked to my name on the do not call list. My wife and i Ignored you for a reason. We not in the financial position to upgrade anything. We happy with the current installments and managing. Do not be of those Reckless lenders ... then if i upgrade and cant pay, then you want to hand me over to Solicitors. be grateful i still am a paying client. RANT OVER!
On 16 February, my wife placed a PnP ASAP order. not sure who is at fault here but she was double debited for the order. PnP got paid Twice. bank statement shows payment came off twice. PnP confirmed they were paid twice. They saying FNB is holding the funds and need to release it back. FNB is not offering any sort of assistance. Why is it, the bank will only want to protect their money but when it comes to clients money, they drag their feet. I want this resolved TODAY!.
I must commend Autozone N1 city for the Excellent service they provided to me. I bought a TOmihawk Torque wrench from them and had to use the LifeTime Guarantee as the TOrque Wrnch broke. They took it in, sent it to HeadOffice and since there was no parts to repair it, They replaced it for me. the entire process was seemless and Suprisingly quick. I used other spares shops in the past for warranty claims and it was never this quick. Handsdown the best autozone branch in cape town. I would not recommend you go anywhere else. This is the branch to visit
They Post Videos all over Facebook about the deals to be had and how awesome they are. They cannot even reply to emails sent to ask about the product. So who says they will ship it when they say they will. i sent 2 emails via contact card page. Then i sent 1 direct email to their email address and no response. Its been 3 to 4 days already. lol First experiance lasts the longest.
I have a Sim with FNB. Its a fone my wife got me. The sim i use for Data but i never gave this number out to anyone and never registered this number ANYWHERE!!!... Shockingly, i been recieving So much SPAM calls, Bot Calls, Sales calls to this number. Sometimes up to 5 per day. FNB, How did this happen? Only way i can think is the contact details was SOLD?? How do all these Bot calls know of this number

When you need to contact them Via Phone/Email/Whatsapp you can expect the same thing each time. Absolutely No response from a human. Only robots that take your for an Aapie. No updates on tracking information for my international Parcel for 5 days now. just shows "In transit to Destination JOhannesBurg Eland". That was on the 10 september. nothing since. PATHETIC COMPANY!
So this company messages me On behalf of SARS claiming i Owe them +-R6000 and they been assigned to recover money. Looks like 1 big **** to me. 1. Email starts with "Dear Taxpayer". Not even my name. LOL 2. A Tax Referance number thats not mine 3. A claim that I owe SARS when SARS themselves on ITA34 shows i dont owe them anything And my Tax Return was processsed and Completed already. looks like a Mickey Mouse Company wanting to **** people or Cant even get Email details of people they looking for right. You better stop Emailing me before i report your company for Harrassment/Phishing/*****
Renewed my 2 cars license discs on the Online Natis Website. While processing The payment, I approved it on my app and on the Website it accepted and Gave a "PROCESSING" screen. It eventually bombed out. Money was taken from RTMC for the license renewals but on RTMC it still shows its not renewed. Called in to support centre, agent 1 gave me an email address to email proof of payment. i did that and got no response. not even an Auto response. Called again few hours later, Agent 2 asks me to send Proof of payment to her which i did, And now she ignores me. Just another way this National Government Takes your money and makes you run after it and no sense of Urgency to Resolve from their end. if i get pulled over for expired disc, They will fine me regardless if i tell them that RTMC ***ed up. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!... now i need to wait for them to tell me if they got the money and if my license discs can be processed and sent to me.
