I must commend Autozone N1 city for the Excellent service they provided to me. I bought a TOmihawk Torque wrench from them and had to use the LifeTime Guarantee as the TOrque Wrnch broke. They took it in, sent it to HeadOffice and since there was no parts to repair it, They replaced it for me. the entire process was seemless and Suprisingly quick. I used other spares shops in the past for warranty claims and it was never this quick. Handsdown the best autozone branch in cape town. I would not recommend you go anywhere else. This is the branch to visit

Very disapionted.We suport Middelburg Autozone for years but after this never again.We reqeusted some parts for Mazda 6 2.5 2007.I asked the sales person if they need the vin number and i was told no we work in a book. Oil Filter Plugs Oil WD40 Lubricant Sale R2115 We installed oil filter plugs and drained oil and refeul with new oil.We drove with the car but something was not right.We took it to a dealer and showed them items that was replaced Oil and Oil filter was correct but plugs that was sold to us is not for Mazda 6 2.5 it is for mazda 5 2.0L 2005-2010 .We went back to the store sales person was not available but said he will inform him.We bought new plugs and sales person gave is correct plugs. We went back to the store and spoke to the sales person and reqeusted a refund .He refused and said not his fault all though he sold wrong items.How is it possible that all other items was for Mazda 6 but plugs he gave for Mazda 5 . He gave all other correct parts for Mazda 6 but not the plugs but do not want to take responsibility for he did wrong and i have a loss off R1000 cause he sold wrong items. I want to advise people please when buying from this store check your items and also read the find print on the slip cause otherwise you might sit with wrong items cause this store will rather lose a customer than admit they made a fault Well done Autzone Zone Middelburg you might a have score a R1000 Plus new items we had to bought but you have lost a a customer who has suported you for years

My sister and I went there looking for assistance with a car battery. I personally asked if the store worked with car batteries and the cashier said "yes, we do". We decided we wanted to buy the car battery and he asked if we had a spanner. Which was an unusual ask and I thought maybe it meant each car uses its own. When I took out the tool bag from the car we were told we have to remove the car battery ourselves unless we ask them to do it. This was surprising to us because when I first asked if they work with car batteries and they said that they do, nothing was mentioned of the customer who has no mechanical knowledge/experience at all, removing the car battery themselves. When I questioned this, only then does the cashier say that they are a retail store and it is not their job to change the battery. Such a bad service and poor communication received at AutoZone Bushbuckridge. It is truly disappointing.

Very disappointed at how the sales consultants treat customers, lack of athics. I went to buy a car battery at Auto Zone in Midrand mall. I asked the consultants Alias and Cedrick to verify the size of the battery which was 612 and they said I must switch off the car of since I am buying a new replacement. To my suprise after the transaction they requested my old battery however they refused to install the new one or even remove the old on, whilst I told them that I do not know how to install battery, as to my knowledge the supplier installs the battery to ensure that the warranty is not tempered with, i mean battery centre did that for me with my other vehicles. Autozone consultants said wanted R300 to remove my Old Battery and install a new one, which was explain when I was asked to switch the car which is an automatic car. No warranty terms where explained to me, what will happen if my car gets damaged due to the battery not being installed correctly? I ended up figuring out a way to install the battery with the help of a colleague that I bumped to. This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend any clients to deal with Autozone Midrand

1st November 2025 Autozone Thabazimbi. They have a car show or something in the parking. In a busy public place. Guys with cars and bikes come in and rev it so loud KIDS and their parents have such a fright, grab their ears and kids grab so hard onto their mom or dad because they are scared of what the selfishness and "look at me" attitude does to them. Very unprofessional. Why not move such an event to an open area where these types of things aren't so in the publics face. No one in the shop wants to take responsibility, they keep on passing me on to the next person. Unless they don't do anything about. They WILL chase people away. Especially when the BIKES are present. Very Very Poor and unprofessional.
