I requested a cancellation with Rain last year, confirmation of cancellation was never sent, my account is still billing, different amounts each month with 0.00 data usage, I have sent an inquiry which was not answered why is my account still being billed when I cancelled and I am not using the data, this is a month to month contract. why am I being billed.

It seems FNB is not willing to answer questions, assist or even resolve a query, I have been waiting for call recordings for months now, even the person you keep giving my cases too seems not to care what happens, Malubana, Harvetion keeps being assigned to investigate and each time never comes back to me for a resolution, FNB LIFE AND CARE are just as useless, Does anybody care about customers at FNB? I asked for my contract even now no response
FNB has a slogan that says HOW CAN WE HELP YOU but they are not able to help you when you need it the most , I am still asking the same questions to your consultants regarding my retrenchment claims since September 2019, you failed to advise on a simple complaints procedure or outcome to my matter, your consultants are always escellating and never bother to assist a client, you expect me to follow procedure but you dont even have the tendency or know how to explain your own procedure to a client, when will I even get a response to "FNB:-) complaint ref 1992256 has been sent to FNB Contact Centre. Complaints null. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 hour" . you a registered FSP but don't abide by the code of banking practice, your consultants are never sure about information and would rather put you on hold till you hang up rather than even trying to get information and advise a customer accordingly, all your facebook teams knows is to advise on escallations and untrue turnaround times.
