Very disapionted.We suport Middelburg Autozone for years but after this never again.We reqeusted some parts for Mazda 6 2.5 2007.I asked the sales person if they need the vin number and i was told no we work in a book. Oil Filter Plugs Oil WD40 Lubricant Sale R2115 We installed oil filter plugs and drained oil and refeul with new oil.We drove with the car but something was not right.We took it to a dealer and showed them items that was replaced Oil and Oil filter was correct but plugs that was sold to us is not for Mazda 6 2.5 it is for mazda 5 2.0L 2005-2010 .We went back to the store sales person was not available but said he will inform him.We bought new plugs and sales person gave is correct plugs. We went back to the store and spoke to the sales person and reqeusted a refund .He refused and said not his fault all though he sold wrong items.How is it possible that all other items was for Mazda 6 but plugs he gave for Mazda 5 . He gave all other correct parts for Mazda 6 but not the plugs but do not want to take responsibility for he did wrong and i have a loss off R1000 cause he sold wrong items. I want to advise people please when buying from this store check your items and also read the find print on the slip cause otherwise you might sit with wrong items cause this store will rather lose a customer than admit they made a fault Well done Autzone Zone Middelburg you might a have score a R1000 Plus new items we had to bought but you have lost a a customer who has suported you for years
6days and they still cant get my service fixed.They receive full payment
4 Days without service no feedback.Whatsup consultants just cut you off.Phones never picked up
Worst company i ever deal with.Their staff do not comply to customers instructions.Not sure i feel that they are competent to deliver such a service if they cannot even follow instructions
I signed up with zoom fibre cause they say it is the best service 2 days without service home connect say fault is on zoom side.No updates already 3 days without service and no one is reponding .I have been with Jenny internet 3 years and never had a problem .Fault repair time in less than an hour .After zoom promised me beter service for cheaper this is what i get.I have a child that is doing online school and already is set back cause we do not have service.Very disapionted
Realy realy bad service.When your line is down nobody is attending.We are 26 hours without service .Tickets logged emails send and whatsups nobody is responding
