Accolades for TruForm Bedding!
We recently discovered a broken mattress spring in our five year old base set. This had also resulted in the base upholstery being severely abraded. We called Tafelberg Furnishers where we had bought the bed. This was on the Saturday of Easter weekend! On the Tuesday following Easter we received a phone call from Mark at Truform bedding who arranged to collect the base and matress the following morning. Shortly after 8am our bed was collected with a promise of returning the bed before 4pm. At around 2.30pm our bed was returned to us as good as new. We have never experienced such exceptional customer service from anyone and would like to express or sincere thanks to Mark and the team at Truform. Thanks too to Tafelberg Furnishers who have also provided top notch after sales service.

Medical Insurance *******
In July 2025, I had to have an emergency spinal fusion after an accident. I contacted Kaelo Health, my insurer ( through Dischem) and received authorisation with a total of 1.5 million rand allocated for the procedure. The hospital account was settled for R343,000.00, with a small copayment required from me. Other service providers were also paid, but as far as I can ascertain not more than R500,000.00 was settled. When it the the neurosurgeon and anaesthetist's accounts, suddenly the insurance claims the funds are depleted and start citing tariff limits. The anaesthetist's account was for some R40,000 and Kaelo only paid R2950.00! This for a 5 hour operation; Kaelo also paid the neurosurgeon inly R39,000.00 out of a total of R300,000.00. The insurer refuses to communicate verbally and only replies to emails stating charges in excess of their tariffs. When they allocated R1.5 million rand for the procedure I was told I woul not be liable for any outstanding amounts and the entire procedure wold be covered. There was no mention of tarriff limits

For service above and beyond expectations, many thanks to Deon Badenhorst and the team at Nelpruit Riverside branch. Your care and assistance in helping Mrs. Evans after she burst two tyres recently was sincerely appreciated. Rarely, do you find this level of service in Nelspruit.

Fabulous Shopping Experience
Recently we were in need of a new bed. Having previously shopped around I visited Mattress Warehouse. From the moment I walked into the shop, to the delivery of the bed, I knew I had made right choice. I was assisted by Nellie, who is an extremely, helpful, friendly and efficient sales lady. After explaining my needs, Nellie helped me choose an excellent base set, within my budget. It was immediately available in the store room and she put a reserve on for me. After making payment, Nellie informed that the free delivery would be made the next day. as promised the the bed arrived around 10am, while my wife was in town. She informed the driver that he would have to return later. "No problem" was the reply. He returned at 2pm and was also very courteous and friendly. Don't waste your time shopping around for better prices or service, Mattress Warehouse is the best in Nelspruit, in my humble opinion.
