Teljoy I have had my account for almost 2 1/2 years. After hitting a bad financial patch late last year I was unable to pay my full installments. I have stayed in contact throughout and done my best to catch up. Beginning of June I got seriously ill and haven't been able to work resulting in not receiving any income this month. So was not able to make payment of R2000, to bring my account up to date. I notified Teljoy stating I will pay R1400 on 1st July to get this response. Quote You are in the process of being listed with the SAFPS (SA ***** Prevention Service) as a ***** Perpetrator due to Breach of Rental agreement (Non-compliance with our T&C’s), and the Teljoy unit/s, which remain property of Teljoy has still not been recovered. This ***** listing will remain on your name for a period of ten (10) years and the details of your listing is shared with all the members of the SAFPS which includes all Major Financial Institutions and many other places; https://www.safps.org.za/Home/OurPartners. After almost reaching end of my 3 year contact I certainly do not wish suddenly have issues. I am more than willing to catch up and continue to pay the remaining duration of my contract. But horrified how I have been threatened and basically bul****, I accept that I am fully responsible for my account and am not disputing that fact but its impossible to meet the demands of certain staff members.

Disgusting company to deal with. They don't have any of stock they advertise. They continually send emails stating the color or item of yr choice is out of stock. Then promise to refund your money which never happens. Been 2onths and still waiting for my refund. My emails are now ignored.
