I bought a pair of CAT shoes from Tekkie Town. This is not the first pair that I have bought, as they are good shoes. However, the shoe laces on one of my pairs of shoes broke. Tekkie Town was not interested in helping me, or couldn't, which is not good after-sales service at all. After following up with them numerous times, they eventually gave me their supplier's number. The supplier also wasn't able to assist me. I ask, how can shoes be sold when there are simply no replacement shoelaces available for these shoes? Shouldn't that be a basic requirement? Nobody else from different shops was able to assist me either. I went to about 7 different store brands.
I have been attempting to replace the shoelaces for a pair of my CAT shoes, purchased at Tekkie Town. My shoes are still in very good condition. Firstly, Tekkie Town was totally not interested in assisting me. However, after contacting them on numerous occasions, they did eventually give me the number of their supplier. This whole exercise has been going on for at least a month. Now they simply tell me that they can't assist me. Very frustrating.
