I have called this people multiple times I have given them all the time since 2023 and they keep having excuses. The manager Nasiera is never available , i made a once off payment in 2023 and again in 2024. My file is still in progress and my credit score is on 0 , everyone that has dealt with my file has resigned and i keep on speaking to agents that seems confused and dont know what they are doing. Milaw is a **** and they will hear from my laywer soon.

STERNS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE JEWEL STORE!!!

Iam so dissapointed I even cried, my fiance bought my engagement ring from this ****ty place, took my ring back within the first 6, they repaired the stones that came out, 1month fast forward, 2 more stones came out, I take it back they assess, they tell me it's because the ring was bent and that they not getting the ring fixed, they it in to assess again for 2 weeks and then when collecting they me that they not paying, the way they bent my ring literally made me cry and they blamed me for it, it's not even bent on the side that the stones came, never will I ever in my life purchase from them again. Guys please refrain from buying anything from the store Called STERNS!!!!!
