Empty Promises
On the 21st Nov, i visited Corporate Vine to get a quote for T-Shirts of which i made payment on the 21th Nov. I was informed that T-Shirts will be ready the following week but till now i have not received them. I have visited their offices several times and given another day to collect but when i get there, T-Shirts are not ready. My last visit was on Friday 8 Dec of which i was told that T-Shirts will be delivered on Sat 9th Dec, i gave them my physical address guess what NO DELIVERY. I call them again today 14 Dec to check the status of the my Order and i've been told that delivery will be done today and asked for the time it can't be given. I am very disappointed by the service i received and empty promises. Fortunate is the lady that assisted me and i have it clear to her that i'm not impressed at all by the service i received. I would not recommend the Company to anyone. I hope Management will step in and resolve this issues immediately, Don't promise if you can't deliver.

Unauthorised Debit Order
<p>This company keeps debit my account without my consent. I don't even know this company and what is it all about. They debited in the month of many and again now in June. I have to keep reversing those debit order which affects my credit score.</p> <p>I tried to call their number but no answer ********** .</p> <p> </p>

Complain_None Delivery
<p>I'm very disappointed with the service i received from Cashbuild in Makhaza (Khayelitsha) branch.</p> <p>On the 7 May 2016 it was on a Sa****ay, i waited for 4 hours for a quote and i had to leave withouth it.</p> <p>On the 27 May 2016 made a purchase and paid for the delivery, last week Friday 03 June 2016, i called them asking for the delivery and i was told that it will be done on Sa****ay 4 June 2016 but until today, no delivery.</p> <p>I called them again today to ask what is the problem and i was told that i will be called back.</p> <p>If Cashbuild is failing to deliver the goods i paid for, please process the refund and i will go to Builders Warehouse. </p> <p>The service is pathetic. </p>
