My appointment was the 03 June 2023 at 15:00. Had a awful experience at Deluxe Laser and Spa Table Bay. They had downlights shining in my eyes , no soft lighting. This already made me tense. The person helping me did not introduce herself, she said have a migraine today ! She used different kinds of products not asking me if I was happy with that. I had specifically had a talk with her saying she must wax my eyebrows, but not making them a thin line, she did not listen and my eyebrows is a thin line! Her wax strip made a small sore under my my left brow, which is swollen this morning, because she massaged a hyaluronic ampoule over it, which burned. I told her it is burning, but ignored. In all the years of facials this was the worst experience!!! After all of that i still had to pay!!!! I definitely won't return. She don't deserve to work at a salon!!!!!! Or come near one!!!
