Terrible customer service
Was supposed to go for a massage with my partner, however they had booked us for the incorrect time. They then informed us that they would not be able to accommodate us that day and have refused to refund our deposit or reschedule us using the same deposit. They have insisted on forfeiting our deposit for what was initially their mistake, and after many emails and phone calls have no interest in making any reasonable accommodations. Incredibly disappointing and utterly atrocious customer service.

My appointment was the 03 June 2023 at 15:00. Had a awful experience at Deluxe Laser and Spa Table Bay. They had downlights shining in my eyes , no soft lighting. This already made me tense. The person helping me did not introduce herself, she said have a migraine today ! She used different kinds of products not asking me if I was happy with that. I had specifically had a talk with her saying she must wax my eyebrows, but not making them a thin line, she did not listen and my eyebrows is a thin line! Her wax strip made a small sore under my my left brow, which is swollen this morning, because she massaged a hyaluronic ampoule over it, which burned. I told her it is burning, but ignored. In all the years of facials this was the worst experience!!! After all of that i still had to pay!!!! I definitely won't return. She don't deserve to work at a salon!!!!!! Or come near one!!!

I went for a facial and specifically told them not to spam me. that was about 5 years ago and they have not stopped. Disgusting. With this sort of behaviour I am sure they've sold it to other spammers too

Clearwater Deluxe Laser Spa treat me always like gold!
Clearwater Deluxe Laser and Spa treat me now for three years with gold. All treatments, facials micro needling etc is done with so much professionalism and care. They are also doing extra training to stay up to date with newest technology. I am so happy with my results. Under the loving hands of Pumi the manager, Kelly, and Kwezi. They are all highly qualified skincare and laser the****** and have the best products! Worth spending there!

Clearwater Deluxe Laser and Spa treat me now for three years with gold. All treatments, facials micro needling etc is done with so much professionalism and care. Sad to say a waste of money
My experience with staff was amazing, but unfortunately my experience with the tech not so much. I had 12 sessions for underarm and Hollywood, but super sad to say that my 2nd week after finishing my sessions I could already see that noooothing has changed. Very sad that I spent all that money there and back to square one. Hair is growing as if never lasered, the shadow has returned, and ingrown hairs after shaving are a nuisance. Unfortunate to say I wasted my money and time. I’m hoping for others who go that the tech improves some day!

First degree laser burns and no apology!
I went to the Fourways branch for laser hair removal on my face. On two consecutive laser sessions, one of the laser therapst - Cynthia - burnt my chin with the laser dart. I had indicated to her that I was experiencing more pain than usual and she responded with the words, "You're sensitive today". When she should have responded with, "I'm sorry, let me turn down the heat." She carried the air of a sociopath. The result is that the skin on my chin has suffered first degree burns which have led to scabbing and brown pgmentation scars. It's been two months and the scars have not cleared. Basically, my skin has long-term damage after the two laser sessions with Cynthia. Neither Cynthia nor the manager - Mayuri - apologised directly to me after I showed them the damage due to this unfortunate incident. I was told a story about a client who had WORSE burns in her bikini area after a laser session at their establishment. There seems to be a pattern going on here. After being burnt, I was offered free LED treatments and advised to use a German skin product which is designed to correct skin pgmentation and discoloration issues. In the wake of the incident, the manager and her employees took regular pictures of my burnt chin while it was healing but did not inform me on what the pictures were for. Shady! I felt dehumanised and disrespected. On the bright side, the therapst - Nandi - who took over my remaining sessions was wonderful. She ensured that I did not experience discomfort at any point during the session. This is the only reason I have given them two stars instead of one. It was a good way to close out my laser sessions. Due to my earlier experience with Cynthia, I will not be returning to Laser Deluxe. She still works there. Be careful with her!

I suspect that I may have been burnt deliberately to become a candidate for testing out a skin product. If an incident like this happens, ask them why. Personally, I will not be returning there again after this traumatic incident.
