Either this is ***** or some other type of **** as i have zero debt but they were adamant that they got my info from the national credit bureau. Then they put the phone down on me before I could demand that they remove my information. So that's at least 2 things that make them repugnant
Every time Vodacom continues to spam me without providing a functional "opt out of everything". I intend to not only make a public post but find a new way to force them to spend money. this is just obscene and I am sick to death of feeling gaslit and powerless by being forced to use a predatory, monopolistic industry for what is a basic human right email only, you abuse my phone number enough
Despite multiple complaints, bad reviews and direct demands, Vodacom refuses to stop sending spam sms messages, insisting on trampling consumer rights to OPT OUT without jumping through hoops. Their inststence that I dial their broken app to opt out of every individual type of spam is absolutely not L egal This is one spam message away from the ombuds. email confirmation as I block incoming spam calls
Yet more spam with zero permission. Money Moves Podcast with Maya Fisher-French is not something I asked to find in my inbox... and it's from a "no reply". This is why I am moving away from this incredibly lousy bank I will not be answering calls, apologise via email
I discovere after porting my number to vodacom that without my permission they opted me into every single spam program they have AND shared my info with thirs party spammers. opting out of everything is intentionally painful, drawn out and error-prone. Dear Vodacom, here is a cover all before I go to the ombuds : STOP! And make sure you didn't *******ly sell my info to anyone because that breaks several international laws
This company continues to contact me years after I asked them to stop. It's like they systematically throw out their "opt out" list on a regular basis. heres a note to Dicovery: I am the only person on planet earth with this name. never contact me again. for any reason. Next time I'll just lay a ******** charge and find everyone else who's had enough so you actually have to pay for your incompetence
I have been trying for weeks to get an email response from "care@fnb" with no result. I've sent three separate emails and only had autoresponses (and possibly missed called with nobody bothering to leave a message) CCD couriers are completely unresponsive and their only available email gives an error message. I am NOT available by phone. please send me an email that will actually get a response regarding my expired card? It was urgent 2 werks ago, not it's just *********** and rude
I went for a facial and specifically told them not to spam me. that was about 5 years ago and they have not stopped. Disgusting. With this sort of behaviour I am sure they've sold it to other spammers too
i tried for weeks to cancel two policies. They flatly refused until I threatened them with the ombudsman and then continued to debit my bank account repeatedly until I got the bank to put a stop on the debits. Momentum then had the abusive cheek to email me twice to say my policies had "lapsed" due to non payment AFTER I had already cancelled them
