Was supposed to go for a massage with my partner, however they had booked us for the incorrect time. They then informed us that they would not be able to accommodate us that day and have refused to refund our deposit or reschedule us using the same deposit. They have insisted on forfeiting our deposit for what was initially their mistake, and after many emails and phone calls have no interest in making any reasonable accommodations. Incredibly disappointing and utterly atrocious customer service.
Ordered an item in early January. After hearing nothing I followed up for an update and was advised the item was out of stock but would be arriving within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up again, was advised it would be arriving the next week. A week after I was told it would be arriving still no updates, so I followed up with them again. No reply from them. I followed up again twice after that and no reply each time. Now my messages are no longer being delivered. This is a sketchy site and I've had to file a dispute with my credit card.
