No items, no response from merchant - do not buy from here!
Ordered an item in early January. After hearing nothing I followed up for an update and was advised the item was out of stock but would be arriving within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up again, was advised it would be arriving the next week. A week after I was told it would be arriving still no updates, so I followed up with them again. No reply from them. I followed up again twice after that and no reply each time. Now my messages are no longer being delivered. This is a sketchy site and I've had to file a dispute with my credit card.

Do not buy from them
we bought a phone from them in August, there was a number of excuses from Madrox , we never recieved the device nor a refund of R20000, Lwazi made an agreement to pay the refund in 2 installments , one end of January and one end of February, to date we have not recieved any refund.. Do not Buy from them.

Was sceptical in the beginning but received my Steam deck and I was happy with the service
Was sceptical in the beginning but received my Steam deck and I was happy with the service. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Will shop again

Madrox Prime nightmare experience
Not only could this business not deliver my order,now i am unable to get refunded.They are very unprofessional and does not seem to care about a good reputation as a trustworthy retailer.The one star i rated this company above,is actually quite flattering and is way more than they deserve.
