I have had no internet for a week, no one can tell me what the problem is, every time I phone i get told it's escalated and I have to wait 24 hours. MTN you just lost a customer
very poor service, I have a parcel from temu that apparently customs destroyed , temu sent an email stating it's at the government warehouse and can be due to a few reasons as no payment of duty which I did do or paperwork. I have no respons from skynet .
I did an online order .. I'm trying to follow up on it .no body at their offices answers the phone
we have had ver bad internet connection for over a week in the area, I've logged a complaint , when they phoned me they say the tower is fine in a certain area which we don't even live in , everyone is complaining about telkom in the area, im paying for a service which i don't even have .
I've been with Cartrack for years .. they debit my account every month, they did an early debit in December and now I still owe them money because of an early debit , the full month wasn't charged. I didn't agree to an early debit .
I'm not even a client of rain, keep getting harassed by debt collectors about an account that's not mine , tried sorting this out with rain and the debt collectors to remove my number but nothing happens. I'll be taking the matter further
We usually eat quite a bit a Spur springs gate shopping centre , food is usually very good but we were out yesterday for my dad's birthday, service was terrible food wasn't great either, my dad ordered cheesy prawns and hake, the hake was so small it wasn't worth the money, food came cold , I don't blame the staff . I blame management as they seemed to be understaffed .
I have a Z fold 3 phone which a few months after getting it the middle screen creased , wouldnt repair under warranty as there was damage to the phone. I had the phone repaired by vodacom under my insurance , its been 6 months now, no damage to the phone and the screen is now creased again. I've been with Samsung since they launched the S2 , after this ill be moving to another manufacturer
we bought a phone from them in August, there was a number of excuses from Madrox , we never recieved the device nor a refund of R20000, Lwazi made an agreement to pay the refund in 2 installments , one end of January and one end of February, to date we have not recieved any refund.. Do not Buy from them.
I've been with Samsung since the S2 and continued to support them till I got a z fold 4 and it's the worst phone I've ever had.. beside the damage I caused by dropping and cracked the front screen.. the inner screen creased and slowly died .. and now I see the inner screen is delaminating .First and last time I take a fold.
