I had money taken out of my account, i reported it to the *****s department n im still waiting for them to conclude the matter. Im being evicted due to my salary leaving the bank i couldn't pay my rent n its happened 3x now and im still waiting for answers. U go on secure chat the agents have no answers u call the call center u on hold for ever until your airtime is finished. Whats the point of reporting *****ulent transactions if the bank holds u responsible, makes no sense.maybe its time they changed from "how can we help you"to "how can we **** you" im really disappointed as I've been banking with fnb for long time but the service i received is terrible. Is there anyone that knows where i can get help in resolving this
Worst service ever. I've had money leave my account lodged complain with the bank n was told im responsible for the money leaving my account. Then when i call to have transaction reversed im told by the agent they dont do reversals. 2x my salary was paid into my account n purchases made in Nigeria wen im in durban sa im now left with debts as i have no money for everyday living expenses. Not 1 agent can assist me. My cards were canceled n i was told by an agent this wont happen again n it did.
I app**** for a loan from inoc private lenders ideas asked to pay processing fees n then transfer fees and then amendment fees. This company is a ****.
They are ****mers. Ask for payments and once payments received there's no loan paid out. They dont answer your calls or emails.
