Where do I start! Poor ,poor service! Poor Quality of goods. Poor follow ups and updates. Lies, lies and more lies. Rude staff. We purchased an automated single leather recliner for my 80 year old father in May 2021. Started giving trouble in May 2022.We booked a service for the chair to be checked out.Weeks later the service gentleman said nothing much to worry about , needs a quick clean up and thats it. In October 2022 chair was really battling to operate. Again made contact - suddenly parts need to be ordered from overseas and if I did not continually follow up ,we would have had no feedback.Part FINALLY arrived in January 2023! Only to be told more parts need to be ordered, according to their service centre....Where the chair has been! WE HAVE Had NO further communication since March 2023!!!!!! To date, no manager has bothered to make contact to discuss this matter. Shocking business ethics.
I placed an order in April 2023, as so many others have. Payments made and have heard NOTHING, even though I have asked per email for follow ups on my order. Now, on their website it says company has liquidated! Which is not a short process.How do you continue to accept orders and payments if you know you are not able to provide the services. How do we get a refund on our orders placed?? So very disappointed and angry! I believe the same person has another online store ?!
