I'm lodging this complaint regarding an entity identifying itself as RP Attorneys. I was informed that they could assist with the removal of my name from debt review. Based on this representation, I paid R8 000 and was later instructed to sign a mandate. I was not informed that removal from debt review is only possible once all debts are settled in full and through a registered debt counsellor. This was later confirmed to me by the National Credit Regulator. Despite disputing the matter and instructing my bank to cancel the mandate, repeated debit orders of R6 300 have been processed, causing severe financial distress. I have escalated this matter to my bank, the National Credit Regulator, and the relevant ombud bodies, and I am seeking: an immediate stop to all debit orders, and a full refund of all amounts deducted. I'm requesting urgent engagement and resolution of this matter.
I've been using Vodacom for the past 15 years, I upgraded my contact 2021 and took insurance for the cellphone. I lost the cellphone January 2024. I'm now told I'm not covered for this cellphone device. Mind you, I'm billed every month for this insurance. Fast forward to where vodacom excel in being *****ers and *****sters, according to their systems I took the comprehensive cover on the 03rd of December, Vodacom "upgraded" my insurance cover on the 15th of May 2022, further went on to cancel and reactive my insurance on the 31st of January 2024.. They rejected my claim on basis that I do not have insurance cover. The claims department is so pathetic, and unhelpful. It is so frustrating dealing with Vodacom. Yet they bill me every month for services they do not provide. The disrespect Vodacom gives its customers is unmatched.

And the gentleman Kea from the same branch. You guys are stars. I had no faith in the company but you guys gave me restoration. Old Mutual is getting 5 stars because of you guys who go beyond the line of duty. Thank you.
I’m at Capitec Bank in Park Station upstairs, we’ve been waiting for MORE than an hour to deposit money. Only one ATM is working ideally in such a situation people depositing money should be allowed inside to deposit but the horrible staff is refusing. A bank with over 2million clients. The treatment is absurd. And no fault to the bank it’s self but the staff is tarnishing the name of the bank. Elderly people are waiting in queue just to deposit for over an hour. No one is calling the maintenance department for fix the technician problem of the other machine. Inside the branch there’s only a few people so the employees can help with deposits inside the branch. Terrible experience!!!!!!
