Fila failed me!!!
I bought an outfit for my 5 year old online, a Fila t-shirt and a short pants. Paid for what was requested on Payflex and waited for my delivery. Delivery came through days later with just one item, the t-shirt only. I started enquiring about this both on Payflex and Fila. The only team who communicated with me is the Payflex guys, Fila hasn't rep**** to my emails nothing whatsoever. I'm busy paying for something I did not receive.

Poor customer service, worst internet connection.
I've never had such bad service from multiple consultants working for one company. Terrible customer service, I've reported my router and network problem since 3 weeks ago. To this day I haven't received help. All they want people to do is just pay for the pathetic service. How does one keep paying something that's always offline?

Old Mutual refuses to pay my Super fund money!
Good Morning, I write this message with so much disappointment. I started the Superfund withdrawal request on the 24th April 2023 with Old Mutual. Since then, I've been calling in trying to get the status claim since their WhatsApp claim status option could not tell what was happening with my claim. On the 9th May 2023 one consultant finally picked up that the consultant who was helping me on the 24th did not load anything on the system as per my withdrawal request. Since then I've been calling in and listening to different stories from different consultants. Yesterday marked the "20 working days" period they claim one should wait for in order to get their money. Maybe to Old Mutual I appear as an illiterate, but one thing for sure is that I'm not a nitwit. If my so called claim has been processed and the money has been authorized like the consultants claim on the phone why am I still seeing my money on the App? How can one see money that has been supposedly disinvested? Why does one need to call in and beg for their own money as though they are borrowing it? It's either Old Mutual is a ****mer or someone just isn't doing their job. I've asked twice for a manager or something so that I can escalate this matter and to date I haven't been helped. Instead I'm given a thousand excuses daily that don't make sense at all.
