We got a new key with transponder, no more than 5 months ago. Key just broke, a clean cut, the cut is so clean a person would say a machine cut it. No bends in the key nothing !!! Went to the store asking about the warranty, they don’t answer any questions they did not even look at the key, they just said R350 to fix it. Clearly the key was defective and they tried blaming it on us. Called Neil, explained the situation on the phone to which he sounded so understanding provided me with his WhatsApp number and aske to send the pictures. Took his own time to respond said yeah client uses lanyards that why the key breaks. We not in sales, we don’t drive a bakkie or truck to use a lanyard we drive a Kia Picanto, who uses a lanyard for such a small car matter of fact we don’t use lanyards for any of our keys. He had a nerve to say your husband was here this morning, my husband asked relevant question like what if this happens again they said then we just have to pay again. When I told him you can see the cut is clean he blue ticked me , tried calling him, again to which immediately he was out of office, spoke to Eugene, at the beginning did not know about any of this and saying Neil is not there to him stating the key is bended and Neil did inform him. Talking about its Monday and he don’t have time for this. What time of service is this that you give. And if Neil wasn’t in the office, how do you know the key was bended. And why when I ask if I can forward him the pictures he said no and got a real nasty attitude. We understand some customer can be difficult and make excuses but don’t try and label everyone the same. They manner in which he spoke is spoke is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend anyone to go there at all. Big thank you to Sergio and Reggy for being so understanding can’t say the same for the other to arrogant people.
@Shaunica, I just wanted to say thank you again for making my case a top priority. I am still not too happy with Gold Leaf but I am grateful to for working on getting this issue fixed. if the 2 people did their job like you did, we wouldn't have this problem to begin with. I myself know that working in a call center environment can be stressful. You honestly deserve a raise or need to be promoted, you understood where I was coming from and why I was upset thank you for listening and relating. I know you have not been long with the company but just by the way you are assisting clients a person will say you have a few years with this company. Working with people is a skill unfortunately not everyone has that skill, and you have mastered that skill. I hope this gets to you and your manager give you a raise or promotion but something of the sort they should give you. doesn't matter if you have not been with them too long. The company should really appreciate what you are doing because a few off their staff is just making errors left right and center. You are really godsent and you have not been placed in that company by mistake. I hope whatever life brings your way that you will prosper in everything. The worst ever, I've been trying to make contact with you guys for months. I did not want to go into this in the first place but was basically forced after I told her on the phone multiple times that I changed my mind which was in less than 24hours still telling me no the paper work has already been sent off plus I'll be debt free within the next 10 months only for them to deduct from my account opening balance was 34k to which my installment is 2800 basically only for me to see that the remaining blance is 32k but you have been deducting since April!!! How the hell even and worse part about this is I've been trying to contact them for months but no one responds to anything. Gold leaf is ripping of vulnerable people.
Was advised I'm going to earn this much and that much only to find out everything was a lie Had to sign 2 contracts and HR didn't go through one of them apparently there's was a issue with the 1st one We were told we going to receive a copy of the contract so if we have any issues we can inform them Never received the copy of the contract. 1st months pay was a problem no payslip nothing after asking multiple times Only to get paid today and my money being short Was there early this morning but they don't allow you in the building They not responding to my calls or emails
the sales agents came around to explain the fiber deals said to give my information to so that they can check if I qualify waited t long on them so I decided to go with different service provider its been a month of this back at forth that I told them I'm not interested when I call in they say no they going to put a stop on in said they going to cancel it but how can you cancel when I didn't officially agree to anything then courier people call me to say they have a package that needs to be delivered then I had to tell the people no I don't have a package and I didn't sign up with them or agree to anything this morning again I received an email saying that they busy processing my order well now I had enough you're a joke for a company and trying to **** people and force them to take things when they not interested
