I took my wife's 2018 Mazda skyactive to 24motors in Piet Retief early last year 2024 for service, I was told they going to use pirates parts to conduct the service of which they never did...early December 2024 I took the car to a Mazda dealership only to be told why was the never serviced to which I told them It was serviced at 24motors in Piet Retief...they never changed oil,never changed the plugs or anything to which they gave an invoice for a service that they never rendered..Basically 24motors Piet Retief are a **** and *****s..How do you charge someone for a service that you know you never performed..I have proof from Mazda that they actually de*****ed us money...I bet you they doing all this to all black clients..
I just want to mention that i was happy to see 24motors in Piet Retief closed down..I took my Ford Figo 2016 to have the blower checked out but instead they messed it up even after I paid in full the first time..I also took my 2018 Mazda 2 Skyactive for service once again they performed substandard work..450km after the service from them the service light came back on..couple of this they reported fine even thou they were not for example on they report it said the wipers were OK even when worn out..Even Ford SA failed me on this issue.
It is one thing to be honest and tell the truth but it is inhumane to tell lies as a bussiness like 24 motors in Piet Retief has done..I took my car there for a return job that they failed to do in the first place now some of my instruments are not working un the car as a result, and i should have known that in the first place. The Principal Dealership in Piet Retief togather with her workshop manager are covering the fact that i was told that they have more important customers than me when i was defending myself to their apartheid treatment i received from them..In this day and age i rufese to be silenced by the lies they told that i demanded parts for my 2016 Ford Figo.blower motor..I paid for the work that was not done and all i was asking for is for them to sort that out like i diid in the first place for which i paid and was not sorted.. For them to lie and say i wanted the parts goes to show the lack of respect they have towards customers, especially a customer like me who is not important according to their workshop manager.
I booked my 2016 Ford Figo 1.5 trend for blower mulfunction at 24 motors Piet Retief in Mpumalanga and the treatment i got there is so bad and ****** to say the least..I payed for the blower that worked while the car was at the workshop and stopped working same day afterwards..The workshop manager tells me he has more important customers than me when i raise the issue of them charging for something that stopped working the same day. The Ford Customer care line also does not assist much to say the least.
