I had the worst experience contacting Masel****rt. The lady that answered the phone was no irritated. She answered very short- yes - no, we are full. Not giving any more information regarding times and accommodation. Management should really give your employers training in customer service.
The response was very fast. The support agent was very helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied.
I bought a twin tub (bennet read) . The first time I used the machine it got stuck. The place I bought the machine wanted to send a technician to my place to check the machine. How do you buy a NEW machine and needs to be checked.
