I'm a loyal customer of Got Gas, and I typically order a 48kg gas cylinder every year, which usually lasts me the entire year. However, this time it only lasted about 6 months, which caught me off guard. I reached out to Got Gas to express my concern, and they were equally puzzled by the issue. To my surprise, they promptly replaced the entire cylinder without any hassle. I was impressed by their professionalism and customer-centric approach, which made me feel valued and appreciated. Their excellent customer service really stood out, and I'm grateful for their help.

I am so disappointed and hurt, I can't even write. I ordered two items on the MY VODACOM app (Headphones and cK Sunglasses) I only received the headphones (which are the cheapest item by the way), I did not receive the sunglasses. Even the invoice does not reflect that I have ordered sunglasses, it only shows the headphones, but I paid for two items. I immediately called vodacom only to be transferred from one person to the other with no assistance and trace of my order. VODACOM HAS ****MED ME! DO NOT BUY ON MY VODACOM ONLINE/APP
Can anybody please tell me why Absa cannot at this day in age have an option on their App to reverse a payment. Not only that, but this service is not available in anyway that will help their clients , not telephonically, not going to a branch. If you made an error while making a payment all you you can do is send an email and the turnaround time is 7 - 21 days which the receiver of the money would have used it and cannot be held accountable because it's in their account. One lady at the call center, Nicole even said well you made the mistake. Yes she's correct but I'm an Absa client and was desperately asking Absa to assist because it is out of my hands, only to be to tha I made the mistake.
