This company is a major headache to deal with. The customer support agents obviously don't want to be at work. Regardless of your diligence in informing them of things, they will drop the ball every single time. You have to chase after them for every drop of assistance. I told them way ahead of my instillment dates, as I pay them early, that I had paid but my reference was wrong. They said they received my email with POP and that they would assign the payment. It's been 14+ days. A rude and very confused agent called me regarding the instalment, when I told them clearly I do not want to be called for ******* as I told them way ahead and they can see my payment history and diligence. The payment has not been assigned and every time I begin a chat on their useless WhatsApp chat service, they respond so sporadically I can't get assistance. *******!
