Do NOT trust their Owala bottles. They are f***.
This company is claiming to sell authentic Owala bottles, however they are actually f***. I bought one and became suspicious when things looked a little off. I reached out to Owala support directly and they confirmed that the bottle I purchase was 100% a f*** through detailed photos and videos I sent to them. I raised this with the business and they took no accountability and insist they are selling genuine products. They did refund me in the end though. Further research also proved that many of the colourways that they have are Owala bottles that are often copied and f*** bottles are common.

INADEQUATE SERVICE AND PRODUCT
The shoes came with the tongue of each shoe different sizes, lack of attention to detail in manufacture. The return was at my own cost and had to keep following up on the progress of the exchange. They took so long they couldn't remember my issue. I still have NOT RECEIVED an exchange or refund AND not to mention their insolent attitude. POOR AND INADEQUATE SERVICE

Very poor after sales support
Very poor after sales support. I had to follow up6times already and the standard feedback is that they will follow up on their side just to disappear again. Their product is not worth the hassle. I would look elsewhere. Waiting for over a month for new shoes or a refund. Nothing don't answer email or Phone...

Disgruntled Subpar Service and Returns Policy
Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Constant follow-ups were necessary, and responses to WhatsApp messages took days. The returns process was a hassle, with delays and confusion. I had to bear the cost of returning the wrong size and then pay again for the correct size to be sent. Do not deal with company.

Avoid - terrible customer service
Probably the worst online experience I’ve had. The delivery was quick, but both sizes were too small. I bought 2 types of shoes and both were too small. Both number 8 but they were not even the same sizes. According to their size guide I was a 6. I ordered no. 8. The One pair was too narrow and the other pair too short. To get the refund was a mission. It took them 3 days to respond to my whatsapp properly. They never even rep**** on my email. After about a week of WhatsApp the shoes was sent back, at my own cost. It took another 2 weeks to get the refund back in my account. Avoid this place if you can, there are many other places with better sales experience. They should also get someone else to do the customer service, whoever is running the WhatsApp/email correspondence is not doing a good job.

Excellent service from the get go. Dealt with Ateeya Arbi. She was very professional, efficient and helpful from the start of my purchase. I had to exchange the shoes for a different size and Ateeya just made it happen without any fuss and delay. Thanks Ateeya

Great products and service from Barefeet SA
I recently purchased a shoe from Barefeet SA! They are incredible. Sales staff are on the ball and keep you updated. Packaged arrived earlier than expected and love my shoes! They are super comfy and the quality is better than some of the other more expensive brands out there. Please keep up the amazing work guys!

Great products and service from Barefeet SA
I recently purchased a shoe from Barefeet SA! They are incredible. Sales staff are on the ball and keep you updated. Packaged arrived earlier than expected and love my shoes! They are super comfy and the quality is better than some of the other more expensive brands out there. Please keep up the amazing work guys!
