Bought an Owala bottle from them. But only realized after a few weeks that the bottle is ****. Wasn’t suspecting anything as the price is only a little less than other retailers, website looked good and they even accept Payflex.
<p>I've had uncapped LTE with telkom for 12 months now of a 24 month contract, never missed a payment but due to some unforseen circumstances missed a payment in April. I also have mobile contracts with Vodacom and MTN and also missed their paments. Now with MTN and Vodacom I was just double billed end of May and problem sorted without suspension of service. Telkom on the other hand also double billed me and I thought ok problem also sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>My service was supended last week and now a week since payment was made. Phone them to unsuspend but I hear that I've been handed to their collections department and it takes 7 to 14 days for them to see payment! How come after missing only one payment been handed over and why so long for unsuspension?!? Let's say it takes 14 days then it means I will receive half a month's service but still pay for a full month. </p> <p>After struggling for more than 2 months to cancel my landline this is the final nail in coffin from Telkom. Can't wait for this contract to be over.</p>
