Very poor after sales support

Very poor after sales support. I had to follow up6times already and the standard feedback is that they will follow up on their side just to disappear again. Their product is not worth the hassle. I would look elsewhere. Waiting for over a month for new shoes or a refund. Nothing don't answer email or Phone...
