If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I worked at a company that's one of their clients for the last few decades. They are one of the most difficult companies to deal with. Customer service is beyond unprofessional, receiving an email response takes 2 weeks minimum and supervisors and account managers are incredibly rude. Frequently our calls and emails are ignored and when answered, always with an attitude. Numerous times we have been told that they have no account with us each time they employ a new customer service person (they probably go through so many people because they can't stand working there!). Doing business with them over the years have been an emotional rollercoaster for numerous businesses I have worked with and they leave a sour taste in your mouth. Don't support this brand if one could even call it that!
