On 27 June 2025, we purchased a Snuggletime co-sleep cot from Clicks Baby (Canal Walk). The cot remained sealed and unused until 9 January 2026, when our baby outgrew her bassinet. When my husband set up the cot, we discovered damaged netting, a missing zip, and missing zip teething — rendering the cot unsafe and unusable. We returned the cot to Clicks Baby on the same day (9 January 2026) and since then have experienced nothing but delays, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. We contacted Clicks Baby multiple times, were repeatedly promised call-backs that never happened, and only received responses when we chased them again days later. Nearly a month later, there is still no resolution. Clicks Baby management refuses to issue a refund, despite selling a defective product, and instead redirected us to the Snuggletime supplier, claiming there is “only so much they can do.” The supplier has not contacted us at all, and every attempt we’ve made to reach them by phone has failed. In the meantime, our baby has been forced to sleep in our bed, which we made Clicks Baby fully aware of — including the serious safety risk of her crawling or falling off. This concern was met with indifference. This experience has shown no care, no urgency, and no concern for infant safety. Once Clicks Baby had our money, we were effectively abandoned to deal with the problem ourselves. This level of service is unacceptable, irresponsible, and deeply disappointing, especially for a retailer selling baby products. We are still waiting to be contacted. I would strongly caution other parents before purchasing baby items here — when something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

I bought the Snuggletime bottle Insulated bottle bag early this year just before I gave birth. I gave birth in May and started using it from around July. It does not keep the bottle warm at all and wrote to them. At the time I could not find my slip and was in communication with Shayla Mc Allister. She told me there is nothing they could do for me without the slip. I found the slip and wrote back to her and she told me it has been long and the long won't help and good luck to me. She is not willing to take any responsibility of the product not doing what it is supposed to be doing or atleast just check what the issue could be.

My best snuggletime week I'm so grateful for the opportunity given.... firstly it was the photoshoot then the hamper, which I'm so grateful for..... then the babiesrus real mama event which I'm as I'm typing attending, which was full of information.... If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I worked at a company that's one of their clients for the last few decades. They are one of the most difficult companies to deal with. Customer service is beyond unprofessional, receiving an email response takes 2 weeks minimum and supervisors and account managers are incredibly rude. Frequently our calls and emails are ignored and when answered, always with an attitude. Numerous times we have been told that they have no account with us each time they employ a new customer service person (they probably go through so many people because they can't stand working there!). Doing business with them over the years have been an emotional rollercoaster for numerous businesses I have worked with and they leave a sour taste in your mouth. Don't support this brand if one could even call it that!

I have a few of Snuggletime products for my baby and I have to admits its truly the best and the quality it genuine. When I called customer care recently to enquire about a pillow for my baby the friendly consultant assisted me with all the necessary information regarding the pillow which made it so easy purchasing because I knew I was purchasing something that was going to be effective and was of great quality. #WIN

So I was having a new baby and bought a snuggletime co sleeper the cot is 3 months old and falling apart lucky it did happen with my new born baby inside it and I noticed it early. I mean we spent over R2000.00 on this cot and we get bad workmanship.
