Poor service
We , recently opened an account with property 24. We listed a few properties we received the bill at the end of the month which we did pay. Once that has been was done account was deactivated. We were then told that our account is linked with other accounts but also used property 24. After we paying our money to this date we have still not been reactivated we were even asked to pay a small balance of 95 Rand which we did. We Were Promised by email once that balance has been paid account will be reactivated but still nothing has happened. Now it remains that we have paid our bill and still not reactivated because according to them we are linked to other accounts. My question why would we pay for a bill if we were doing *****ulent activities. If this is the case we would like our refund thanks
