Sky-Connect SA doesn't answer their phone
No one answers their phone. That's worrisome for me. There are others, like Reliable Store, that never answers the phone and I am still waiting for my product/ a refund more than a year and a half after ordering (and paying).

To choose another product. 2nd August 2022: I would prefer a refund. 4th August 2022: Confirm that I would prefer a refund. 5th August 2022" Elizabeth Boots acknowledges and says will process a refund. NO REFUND EVERY RECEIVED!

SHOCKING SERVICE - THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
I ordered something last September (2023) and although have sent many, many emails - I still have no product, nor a refund. I tried to call today. After 35 minutes I was still number 3 in the queue and the expected time was rising each time the recording came back.
