Last year May 2024 STD requested a KYC and provided me with a link to submit it online. I tried to submit my KYC documents via this link every time I hit the submit button I received a message saying (Please try again later) I tried numerous times and got the same message on different days. After that, I tried to contact my business banker and got an out-of-office response at least 4 times in different months. November 2024 I received an email from Standard Bank saying I must send all the documents via Email. I sent it to them by Email but got no response back. Thought okay it's sorted. Jan 2025 I got another SMS saying I need to hand it in. This time I went to the bank to get help. I got to the bank no they couldn't help me all they did in the bank was send an urgent email to my banker and her manager. After this email, I got no response. The only response was my business account was blocked. I have been using this account for 5 years. Now I can't retrieve any of my funds business standing still My ADVICE to you if you are starting a business don't use STD for your business account. I am not the 1st person this has happened to. Sin's the incident I couldn't reach Standard Bank on the phone and got put on hold for more than an hour at a time until I gave up. Emailed them numerous times with NO response to any of my Emails.
Whish there is a NO STAR RATING 😡 He never answers his phone. Website that he created for me doesn't work like it should. Worst service I have ever seen. Stay far away from The website guy😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
