This is now the second time I ordered hair and had to wait for 15 days for them to actually dispatch my order ..this time they did me worse I paid on the 1st of December and they notified me that they received the payment and will be dispatching soon it is now the 1st of January and still nothing I’ve sent emails tried to call sent tons of texts on WhatsApp they are not responding but they are updating the status every hour with new specials 😩😩😩I don’t even want the hair anymore I want my R1320 back ..they are just ****mers honestly why aren’t they answering me or dispatching my order

Poor poor poor communication I’ve ordered their hair thrice received the hair very late ..this time they did me worse it’s been 20 days asking for them to send me the tracking number still nothing all they say is they’ll release the hair on Monday I’ve been send texts , emails and even calling still no one is communicating but they post their work every single hour it’s good to say that they are ****mers paid Money for hair as well as courier all details been given but still ignoring me about my tracking number
