Brazillian Hair Wholesale (BHW) ****mers
Ordered hair in October. I had previously ordered two wigs from from them. I received one wig a week later after payment my second wig I ordered in December 2022. I received the wig a month later after payment they didn't give an explanation why but advised that they will provide better customer service. on September 30th 2023 I purchased a bundle R800 including shipping giving the supplier another chance as I assumed the previous order was late due to December festive season. They advised the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. After two weeks still no hair they advised that the order will be shipped . I waited another week still nothing. I contacted Capitec bank to ask about a reversal but they advised its a civil matter and I was not able to get my money back . I contacted BHW again and they advised that they have sent the hair and its on its way. After another week still nothing. They started ignoring msgs but post on their whatsapp status every day and still taking orders. After another 2 weeks they responded and told me they had issues with their supplier. By end of October 2023 I still never received my hair and then angrily told them that I am disappointed that they would lie and ***** from a returning customer they then said they would never do that and asked for my banking details to refund me. They never did and since then they have not refunded me or sent the hair. They no longer have their social media pages and only seem to operate now via whatsapp. Please don't support or buy any products from them. They are ****mers.

I want my money back I’m angry 😡
I made a hair order from them 10 inch on the 7th of June till today I haven’t heard anything from them… two weeks back they said they will release order next week but still nothing, I’ve text thềm maybe about 100 times with no response yet they post special on their status everyday😡😡please help me get my money back cause now I’m tired…this people must just close down business finish.

I made a hair order from them 10 inch on the 7th of June till today I haven’t heard anything from them… two weeks back they said they will release order next week but still nothing, I’ve text thềm maybe about 100 times with no response yet they post special on their status everyday😡😡please help me get my money back cause now I’m tired…this people must just close down business finish.

I am disappointed made my order on the 15th of July 2023 and I was told it will only take 3 days , this people won't even reply to your calls, WhatsApp texts any point of contact but they post status every 5 minuets . when I was inquiring they were so active and responded right away. It is very disappointing , I wonder how many of us will be ****med , seems like they respond to you until you make payment once they receive it they make it a point to ignore you. I want my money back , how do we get assisted?

Bad service 😞 I wish people could stop sending their orders to these ****mers 😡. I ordered 2 weaves in April but I haven't received anything to-date. They ignoring my WhatsApp msgs yet they update their statuses on a daily basis. When to they feel like responding they will promise to deliver on Friday and then after that u will never hear from them again 😞. I don't even think these people are legit anymore bcz they are not traceable on any social media platform. You can't even get their location when u are trying to trace them. I so wish this could be published so we can save other people from being ****med 😢. I wish they could refund me bcz I'm not interested on to their products anymore 😡.

Bad service 😞 I wish people could stop sending their orders to these ****mers 😡. I ordered 2 weaves in April but I haven't received anything to-date. They ignoring my WhatsApp msgs yet they update their statuses on a daily basis. This company is a ****- comments are disabled on all their platforms you will never get the product ordered or your money back.
I bought through their whatsapp number over 2 months ago and still no delivery no communication and no refund. You cannot comment on any of their platforms they don't take calls and they respond on whatsapp if and when they feel like it. If their comments were open we would be able to see how other customers feel, their bogus testimonials aren't real. i'm very disappointed in my self for falling for this ****.

Poor poor poor communication I’ve ordered their hair thrice received the hair very late ..this time they did me worse it’s been 20 days asking for them to send me the tracking number still nothing all they say is they’ll release the hair on Monday I’ve been send texts , emails and even calling still no one is communicating but they post their work every single hour it’s good to say that they are ****mers paid Money for hair as well as courier all details been given but still ignoring me about my tracking number
