My partner has a mediwallet account. We thought it would be a lifesaver in the event we need our vet bills covered. My partner issued me a voucher to use which I then activated as per the instructions. I received notification that my voucher was successfully activated and I will be able to use it. I went to my scheduled vet appointment which is one of the mediwallet listed partners. I tried to use the voucher but they could not find the voucher. After numerous attempts I ended up paying cash. We immediately emailed mediwallet asking why I was not able to use my voucher to which they responded that it needs to be used at a listed partner. We responded that we did. We asked if there was a waiting period but no response. We asked if we could reverse the voucher because I can't use it. No response. We got a bill to pay our account (the R1000 voucher) but more than a week later still no assistance. We have to schedule out spay appointment and now we are unsure if mediwallet will cover those costs.
This was my first time ordering from Pet Heaven. I am thoroughly impressed with the fast and efficient delivery. I needed specific eye drops and they had the best price available online. This is such an amazing offer I selected this option for all my fur-babies and something I have not see many online retailers offer. I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering soon.
I currently have a legal plan with TFG. The first time I used the cover I was assisted and received good feedback as they were not able to help with my case. After being ****med by a hair vendor in 2023 I decided to ask for their assistance with drafting a letter of demand. After various attempts I was not contacted back. This week I needed legal advice on a matter I decided to email them I received no response or feedback. I am highly disappointed and looking to cancel my legal cover as I am unable to utilise the service.
Ordered hair in October. I had previously ordered two wigs from from them. I received one wig a week later after payment my second wig I ordered in December 2022. I received the wig a month later after payment they didn't give an explanation why but advised that they will provide better customer service. on September 30th 2023 I purchased a bundle R800 including shipping giving the supplier another chance as I assumed the previous order was late due to December festive season. They advised the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. After two weeks still no hair they advised that the order will be shipped . I waited another week still nothing. I contacted Capitec bank to ask about a reversal but they advised its a civil matter and I was not able to get my money back . I contacted BHW again and they advised that they have sent the hair and its on its way. After another week still nothing. They started ignoring msgs but post on their whatsapp status every day and still taking orders. After another 2 weeks they responded and told me they had issues with their supplier. By end of October 2023 I still never received my hair and then angrily told them that I am disappointed that they would lie and ***** from a returning customer they then said they would never do that and asked for my banking details to refund me. They never did and since then they have not refunded me or sent the hair. They no longer have their social media pages and only seem to operate now via whatsapp. Please don't support or buy any products from them. They are ****mers.
I can cancelled my rain SIM card in February/march 2022 before the billing date to ensure I would not be billed. There was an attempt to bill my account to which I queried but no response. I received an SMs on the 22 of December saying that I will be billed R299. But I do not have an active rain SIM card and I do not have any invoices for December. How is it possible?? After months of not using Rain I am being billed 9 months later? I tried to log a query but no ticket number. Email contact no longer exists.
Its not easy to make a withdrawal from this app. Its not clear what the minimum is for a wallet to make a withdrawal. Its very frustrating
I received an SMS that my line has been suspended. I have been struggling to sort my account with supersonic for a year! Every month I queried the outstanding amount and I have sent proof of payment. I have tried getting through to the call center with no luck . Holding on for 30minutes to get to call number one only then to be pushed back to number 50!! How is this possible. I requested a call back and no one has gotten back to me. I sent emails with no response. If I am in arrears for 30 days how do you suspend my account?? I don't owe supersonic any money .
I have been harrassed by phone calls from this company. I am currently not working and I have made a payment arrangement and I still receive countless phonecalls After I make a payment they claim I have not paid. They call from as early as 07:00am every day leaving countless SMS's. I don't understand why I made the payment arrangement in the first place only to get told it's not enough and to be continuously harrassed.
I keep getting SMS's saying: You have ignored an instruction to pay R63 456.74 on City Of Matlosana Acc 55000132411. Account has now been handed over to a case manager for collection. Pay now. Contact Revco on 27100547327 or Contact us via Whatsapp on 27680248591. Ignore if paid. I reside in Cape Town. I do not have property on Matlosana nor is this my utility bill. I would like this to be resolved as I think this is a scam or someone is fraudulently using my details.
Excellent customer service from Bernadine. After filling out the form online I was immediately contacted by dotsure. Bernadine was extremely helpful with answering any questions and had so much patience with me. Thank you again
