I bought through their whatsapp number over 2 months ago and still no delivery no communication and no refund. You cannot comment on any of their platforms they don't take calls and they respond on whatsapp if and when they feel like it. If their comments were open we would be able to see how other customers feel, their bogus testimonials aren't real. i'm very disappointed in my self for falling for this ****.
I unfortunately made the mistake of over paying Maxidor for the burglar bars that have now been installed.<br> I did however bring this discrepancy to my sales man's attention and asked if i should reverse the transaction and re-do it, he then assured me that it would be best for me to leave it and then returned with the news that my refund would take 6 weeks.<br> <br> I then made plans with the other Creditor I owe to make payment within 6 weeks. My mistake was not requesting the refund acknowledgement in writing.<br> <br> Over two weeks ago i followed up on this refund only to have the sales man request my banking details a second time at this late stage.<br> he then came back to me and told me I had to wait another 6 WEEKS?????<br> <br> After stressing the importance of this refund which is in excess of R25K I was sent from pillar to post by the staff at Maxidor, I spoke to Max and Sarah and Nicole and Pearl wouldn't even take my calls.<br> My calls were screened and ignored till Nicole finally dealt with my issue but still said the matter needs to go to the CFO who seems to never be in???<br> Nicole finally mailed me Fri 11th to say my payment is due to be made on Mon 14th , its the 15th still nothing...<br>
