My uncle was brought in to brits hospital at 9 o'clock at night i phoned the hospital multiple times to find out what was going on the lady by casualties put the phone down in my hear. Its more than 12hours that passed and not a bed or any assistance what so ever. The first call we did to them the nurse told me we most come and take him home without even doing a check on him. Why do we have hospitals if they cant do their jobs. Call after call they hang up so we cant even find out what is going on
I have been struggling since March with our account. Every second day i have to phone them to reconnect our services. I pay every month on time I even spoke to managers but still they did not help on their side. Every proof of payment i send trough but still nothing. They say it's the financial department but i think they are not doing their work. It is easier to blame the customer.
